Our engagement for a quiet stay

In recent weeks, for the safety of our guests and all the staff, we have adopted preventive measures against COVID-19, according to WHO and ISS (Italian National Institute of Health) protocol and procedures.

The sanitization process involves the safety of all environments and the intensification of the protection measures that allow to maintain the continuity of the service and the usual quality standards thus offering maximum comfort and full usability of the spaces, in total respect of the current standards.

The hotel is equipped with certified personal protective equipment (PPE), masks and gloves, but also with dispensers with disinfectant solutions and protective plexiglass at the reception desks.

We also added:

• the restrictions on the use of common areas
• the invitation to use the lift one person at a time
• breakfast room service
• online check-in and check-out
• maintaining a physical distance of at least one meter

The sanitization process is applied daily in the corridors, in the common areas and in the rooms thanks also to the use of ionizing machines suitable for indoor air purification. All this to allow anyone, for business, need or leisure, to travel with the peace of mind of being able to spend the stay in the hotel with maximum safety.
